I purchased a 2013 Malibu. My sales broker was Fred Ewing he was absolutly wonderful!!! I came in with a car in mind that I wanted. I left with a different car,But it was the Greatest choice I love my MALIBU. Working with Fred made all the difference. Steve Robarge, Tony and George all went out of their way to provide me with the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Steve's experience was demonstrated through his knowledge & professionalism as he effortlessly recommended the perfect car, and then followed up and followed through on every detail of the transaction through completion. Steve made me feel like I was his oldest and best customer, even though it was our first transaction together. Tony's experience was evident as he talked me through features and differences between vehicle models from both Chevrolet and the competition. He was very helpful in navigating through the process of deciding if I was in the right automobile. George was very helpful in getting the car in great condition for delivery and went above and beyond my expectations in getting the GPS issue sorts out and fixed in a timely manner. All three of these gentlemen exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service.
