Very satisfied with the processes of leasing- 2014 Cadillac ATS. This was my first lease experience. MC had lots of cars to choose from, and the staff were pretty friendly. although it was brought to my attention that come a few months MC was being completely renovated, if I hadn't know that I would have to say the place needs an up-do and the same office was being used by several staff. not the best feeling knowing your buying a new car, making quick (long term) decision and you have the office door open, other customers and staff waiting to use that office. but I got the deal I wanted, had the car for a month. will continue to update my review as I get the maintenance on it or other needs for the car. Other family members and friends love my car, I tell them about my experience, I've referred so may people already, because the first thing people say when they see my car is "how much did you get it for". overall happy with purchase will continue to go back.

Good service but after I purchased my vehicle it would have been nice if the sales person would have called me to check on my satisfaction with the vehicle. I found some defects on my vehicle what should I do to fix?

WE came there looking for a used vehicle, on our way we called and spoke to Norman Edwards who informed us the used vehicle was no longer on the lot but mentioned for that price range he could get us into a new truck for the same price. We went out and checked it out, there was a huge inventory of vehicles with our requirements and the entire time, Norman put zero sales pressure on us whatsoever, he stuck to the price range we wanted, the details we needed (such as 4x4) and no lie, after the promotional employee discount and the Chevy rebate, the price was within $489 of the used vehicle we came to look at. Instead we drove off the lot in a brand new car, as happy as can be. By far, this is the greatest car buying experience we've ever had and we have to thank Norman for it. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have even driven down there. From Norman, the sales gentlement who went over cost options to the gentlemen that prepared all our final documents, everyone was super kind, not pushy and focused on helping us get what we needed, wanted and even a little extra if they could. We're very appreciative we ended up in Edward's care and happily drove out in a new vehicle.

Had a good experience buying a new 2014 Chevy Cruze LS automatic in red. My sales guy was Armando. I went in for an ad car well under msrp. They had 5 in stock in several colors just as the ad said. They brought me the car I wanted to test drive and did no upsell. They also added the conquest rebate with just my proof of insurance since my previous car was totaled and I did not have its registration. Once that was done the numbers came back right and we had an easy deal. My dad says the sales people often don't even know the ad exists and may give you a hard time to get the deal, but here they were very easy to deal with. They apologetically informed us we'd have to hear them pitch the extended warranty a few times (the sales guy, the closer, and the finance guy each), but they didn't push when I declined each time. I also pushed for them to get a bit lower finance rate and they did. Basically, I got the exact car I wanted at an amazing price with a fair financing rate and a low monthly payment, all with no hassle. The dealer was very professional over all. After the sale, Armando helped me set up my onstar and connect my phone via Bluetooth. He pretty much went over the whole dash with me. I've never had a car salesman do that after a sale, so that was nice.

Being a full time college student working two jobs, time is one thing I did not have. After dealing with the rude staff at Rotolo in Fontana I was highly discouraged from buying a car. However, Mark Christopher Chevrolet was the exact opposite;they made buying my first car exciting and fast. Within 24hours from calling the dealer for a quote, they worked a deal that was convenient for me. I went and bought my car! I truly do appreciate the great service that I was provided. With that said I drive my Camaro around proudly showing the Mark Christopher Chevrolet plate :)

Nevin and Greg were great throughout the process. Nevin communicated with me during the week leading up to my purchase, helping to get me the price I wanted and a value on my trade in. Both Nevin and Greg drove the car out to my house and helped me understand all the interior workings. This is the 3rd car I've purchased at Mark Christopher and it won't be my last. Thanks.
