Went to Mark Christopher after going to 2 other dealerships. The first was a bait and switch the second we couldn’t agree on a price and wasn’t to happy with the sales people . On our third try we met Edy Lopez . Edys personality, professionalism and knowledge was the reason we decided to buy our Traverse from him . We knew the price wasn’t going to change much but it was Edys overall positive attitude that was the reason we bought from him and Mark Christopher dealership.

Needed ride from carmax to dealer , contacted Marco and was told to get a LYFT , contacted dealer that sent driver Joe G. to pick me up and complete deal.Joe was great , picked me up at carmax and took me to dealer where he compleated deal.It was a long day and Joe expidited the process and got both the sale complete and me on my way in my new truck. You guys were great from start to finish even at 240 miles away. We were looking for a black 3500 high country dually that no one in the Central Valley had or or was going to be getting one and you had the truck we were looking for. When we inquired about it your salesman Mario got in contact with us and helped us start the process. We told Mario that we were on our way to get the truck and would be there around 6:30 not realizing you closed at 6-7:00 during the week. So between half of California’s freeways being torn up, lane closures and accidents we were running way later than planned keeping in contact with Mario and I think maybe the sales manager from the bottom of the hill “ the grapevine “on into Ontario. When we finally got there at 7:40 Mario was there at the front of the store and walked out an met us in the parking stall with the rest of your group inside ready to go. We apologized half a dozen times for being late and finding out that you close at 6-7:00 during the week and you all waited for us, most people would tell you to pound sand, we’re closed and you didn’t. Your guys were there ready to go and even kept their since humor after our late arrival. We’re very impressed by your dealership, when customer service seems to be all but a thing of the past you guys have customer service and went above and beyond the norm to take care of us.
