We have been looking at the Escalade for many months now...

We have been looking at the Escalade for many months now and have made many trips down to the dealership. In the past we were met by different sales people who would take down our name and phone number. We never heard back from them. This past week I put an inquiry in online and Jason Ho contacted us. He was very helpful in letting us know their inventory, what models were coming in when and how much each vehicle would cost. When we decided what one we wanted he went above and beyond helping us secure the car. He got us pre-approved before we got to the dealership, was in constant communication about when the vehicle would be arriving. This was particularly helpful because Mark Christopher doesn’t let you put a deposit down on a car...first buyer at the dealership gets the car. Knowing this and knowing how hard this car is to come by Jason was at the dealership by 8am waiting for the shipment of cars to show up. We got there early to wait for the car to arrive but it was well worth the wait as we got the vehicle we wanted. We are so thankful to Jason for coming up with a game plan for us to get this car. We are so happy with our experience that we would gladly buy another car from him in the future.

All in all we had a pretty good experience. This was the only dealership we could find in CA that had the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was dirty when we arrived and head a stained headliner indicating a leak. The service dept. found the leak but it could not be repaired that day. This all should have been done prior to putting the vehicle on the lot. I had to take a day and a half off to get the repair done. Needed a new headliner and rear window. Price was ok but nothing to brag about.

Came 250 miles to get truck i wanted. When we arrived,’truck had not been cleaned. Also, their was a leak discovered after washing which service department did not or could not repair. I will have to take time from work to take care of it. Should have been done before I got there! Sales guys were ok. Deal was nothing extraordinary. Probably could have done better if I waited and shopped around. To your credit, however, you were the only dealership in CA that had what I wanted. You guys are ok and I would send a friend to you but you could do a whole lot better.

This location is beautiful and had what we were looking for. All of the staff was wonderful and so helpful, especially Brian Morales. Our new vehicle was gorgeous and priced right. Our only complaint is, we paid in full on cold hard cash, so why did our credit need to be run? Also, we were left by ourselves for close to two hours for no apparent reason. Just small, annoying things.

Does NOT keep its verbal promise on pending order transaction for MSRP exact. When I come back today to make my official order for a new 2021.9 GMC Sierra V6 final-edition, they changed their mind and now want a $5,000 markup for each new vehicle order. Most of the salespeople here look fake and should not be qualified to work in this place. In my honest opinion with new vehicle purchases for over 25 years of experience, the more younger salespeople are there working in a dealership, the WORSE customer service with higher prices you'll immediately get. Period... (and I'm not racist). Doesn't matter what city and dealer you go to. I'm sure this dealer was A LOT better in the 1980s and 1990s, and the owner knows that. Not anymore today. Happy Reagan days are indeed over... Take me back in time... Are you hearing me, owner?

I purchased a 2021 Silverado Crew RST 2WD Vin #1GCPWDED3MZ344441. When I test drove the vehicle I inquired on the Rubberized Vynil Floor Mats an was told the mold I purchased didn’t include the Rubberized Vynil Floor Mats but the sales agent was kind enough to get me the pricing should I desire to order the mats. The following day, I went over to Chevy in Chino and ordered the Rubberized Vynil Floor Mats. Today (7-27-21) I cited to review the user manual to better acquaint myself with my new vehicles and reviewed all the docs which I assigned and noticed the Windows spec sheet and discovered my vehicle indeed was described to include the Rubberized Vynil Floor Mats. At this point I had already paid to purchase the Rubberized Vynil Floor Mats essential paying twice as the purchase of the model vehicle I bought already included the mats within the standard equipments yet I spent some $238 purchasing essentials replacement mats.
