I was in a hit n run accident about a week ago, received the news from my Insurance that my car was a loss and that I would need a vehicle within a week. I immediately started looking for cars in and out of San Bernardino county, and found nothing. My husband and I decided to stop by Mark Christopher Chevrolet and so glad we did. The entire staff was helpful, understood our situation, and was very helpful from Alex Sarabia who showed us the vehicles, Greg Hess who knew exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, to Larry who explained every detail in the book. I am extremely great full for every single person. We would absolutely refer anyone to MARK CHRISTOPHER CHEVROLET! I now feel a lot safer in an suv

Jason was great. Absolutely pleasure to work with. As we got to finance the process became a little confusing with warranty discussions. Even Sam, our finance guy, got confused about what Mamet had already been paid vs what was owed. Granted this was an all cash purchase with money needing to transfer and delays in check processing, but still a miss in comms created some unease for my wife and I that led to us discussing and reviewing what exactly happened for the remainder of the day. Again, Jason Ho is outstanding and a great person to do business with. In referring anyone to Mark Christopher, we’d be referring them to him. Thanks.

After the fact checked oil and it was atleast 2 Q over full I wonder why...Engine compartment completely dirty. This was made at night. Next morning looked over the truck and Oh Boy what a disaster. 2 different types of tires. Dents though out truck. Shame on Mark Christopher Chevrolet. Will never use that place again. Buyer Beware of used vehicles....

Beautiful facility.

Beautiful facility. It takes too long to complete the purchase. I paid cash and still had to sign at least a dozen forms. Only complaint is that we could not look at available running boards.

Had to unexpectedly do a trade with my truck, at night bad lighting i wonder why. the vehicle I was looking at was being detailed and service had already been done. After the fact checked oil and it was atleast 2 Q over full I wonder why...Engine compartment completely dirty. This was made at night. Purchased a used transit van with cash. Told me about 4/5 days for prep. 10 days later they delivered van and I had to pay for an Uber for the sales guy to get back.
