I purchase a used 2025 XT5.
I purchase a used 2025 XT5. Sales man was nice, however, when I got home, I noticed a lot of issues with the car. Inside and outside. Dinks, broken mud flap that flaps when I drive, lots of spots which had been touched up and inside the back door has discolored spots along with lots of scuff marks inside and out.. I went back in the next day to see if I could get mud flap fixed and have the back door detailed in and out. I was told it was not under warranty, it is cosmetic - sorry no such luck. The sales supervisor did have the outside of the back door polished but it still shows. The inside of the door, I was told I could purchase a piece after market to replace it. I purchased the mud flap and some other piece - now I need to have it install, I guess at my cost. Very dissapointing especially since I had purchase my brand new cadillac there years ago. I will never go there again nor would I ever go there for maintenance. I was treating very nice prior to purchasing the car - after that I was on my own. Sad.

His dedication to customer service was evident and made a significant difference in our overall experience. However, I did encounter a frustrating situation when I requested a small addition to the vehicle; it was not with Edy but his manager. After spending nearly $100,000 on a SUV, I felt that a simple request for black emblems should not have been met with resistance. The manager provided an unprofessional explanation as to why they couldn't accommodate this request on a "Due Bill," which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Despite this hiccup, the financing process went smoothly, and I truly appreciated Edy's efforts. He made the experience remarkable, and I left the dealership feeling grateful for his support, even if the managerial handling left something to be desired.

Purchasing my new truck at Mark Christopher Auto Center was a pleasant and positive experience. I spent a significant amount of time researching vehicles (Ford, Toyota, Chevy and GMC) and dealerships and saw their prices and selection were good so decided to drive 60 miles to take a closer look. A couple of days before making the trip, I called and spoke with Richard who was helpful and did a nice job following up with my questions. When my wife and I arrived, we were surprised at the large inventory and great selection of vehicles. Richard took us out for some test drives and had a easy-going and caring attitude, which felt right. We also worked with Ozzy as they assisted each other in offering the best customer service possible by not keeping us waiting since the dealership was busy that day. Ozzy was also fantastic and really enjoyed working with him during the purchase of my truck. They wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and never once felt the "hard sell" and got the sense they wanted us to get the right vehicle at the right price. After we signed the papers, they took great care of us and continued to show excellent customer service until we left the lot. Richard and Ozzy gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me to call anytime. The following morning, on Sunday at approx. 9:00 AM, I had a question so called Richard who answered even though he was off work. His wife was in the hospital in labor but he took the call and worked to find me an answer related to the question I had. They have made follow-up calls over the last couple of weeks to make sure everything is good with the vehicle which is unexpected but appreciated. I would recommend Mark Christopher to friends and family if they are looking for a GM vehicle. Keep up the great work!

Well, they take care of your car and they treat your time as a valuable commodity. It’s as if they feel “ no one wants to sit around at a dealership and eat chips and soda for hours “ and so they seem to want to genuinely help you be on your way. And the techs talk you in laymen’s terms about what ever the problem was. The techs won’t hesitate to come out from their cubicle of a tool shed and talk to you about your car. And the dealership is clean, modern, air conditioned and … for lack of a better word “Fresh”. Everyone seems to have a real smile, not the plastic clown face you can sometimes get from dealerships. So keep of the good work and reality of things. Keep it fair, equal and pleasant as you seem to be doing now. Btw this is the first GMC vehicle I’ve ever own and the first time I have been to this dealership. I drive about 25 miles to this particular dealership because I like them. Keep up the good work. .
