I was nervous going in for an oil change cause I know many places up charge but I feel like there was reasonable pricing. the Workers were also very kind and I was in and out in a jiffy!
I took my truck in for an oil change that raidien set up for me she made it very easy for me all I had to do was be there for my appointment and everything else was taken care of. We waited there in the customers lounge which had coffee and snacks with a tv so it was relaxing, time went by fast while they did the service on my truck! Definitely going back again for any service needs done on my truck!
I had such a great service experience here! Rayden scheduled me a same day appointment for a check engine light diagnostic and I love that she communicated with me beforehand that I may have had to leave my vehicle. Made my experience easy and I knew what to expect before arriving!

My experience with Alex & Jerry was fine. Alex did a good job of explaining everything about my buying experience. The only issue I had was that I explained to everyone involved that I was not interested in purchasing any extended warranties or other options. The F&I person put the ‘hard sell’ to me on several different options. She explained to me that if I purchased any of these options that I would lose my 0% financing which was the SOLE reason I was making my purchase.

Multiple car buyer and have had almost all my services done here. HOWEVER, being 1st in line for a simple oil change and tire rotate that took 2 hours is pretty crazy. Really appreciate the lovely coffee machine and hang out area etc but really not a good use of my time. As always, everyone is very friendly and nice.

Genuine care and customer service feels like a lost art these days. However, at Mark Christopher, it is in full effect. They know how to take care of their customers. From the first greeting, to the clear communication of what is needed and when my car would be complete is such a refreshing act. I wasn’t very pleased with my service my first concerns? Was that my AC is not working and I had to return the car after because my air-conditioning wasn’t working at all. M. C. Services were unable to repair due to obsolete parts, which ended up being the wrong diagnosis. I was able to get my AC fixed by independent service and it was my AC compressor that was leaking and needed to be replaced.
Once again a great experience all around. From Greg to JC, the entire team makes it so easy to continue doing business here. Thank you Mark Christopher team!

I had a very good experience with the service advisor Eddie. He was excellent at communicating with me from beginning to end. He made sure the parts for my repair were ordered and received prior to my service appointment, saving me multiple trips. It was a pleasure not to have to track him down or wonder about status. For a first-time customer there was no communication on where to check-in outside or inside of service center. Other dealerships come out to greet customer and take keys etc. better info on appt email would be helpful. Agent did advise of wait time however, at the extended time better communication of car status if wait time has exceeded would also be helpful. Besides what was noted on paperwork, no one updated to what was included with service. Not upset just a new customer of Buick.

Everything was ok, until they ask the used truck 🛻 back I approve for rebate n bank on that day, few days later I was told by finance banking to return truck, not sure 🤔 for what reason.
