I’ve had multiple issues with my vehicle and it’s been there many times not so much because it’s issues with the dealer but more along the lines of the extended warranty people pushing back. Chelsea was super helpful getting these repairs and claim started with the extended warranty dept and kept me informed the entire time. I believe she goes above and beyond I would answer my calls and messages at all times, she is amazing.

I am writing this review to share my experience with Mark Christopher Auto Center regarding a 2015 GMC Canyon SLT 4WD Crew Cab:
I live about two hours away and made it clear from my first communication that I needed the true out-the-door (OTD) price before making the drive. The dealership provided a breakdown showing the vehicle price, DMV fees, documentation fee, taxes, and no additional add-ons.

Great service, great help with giving rental while truck being worked on, will be my dealer for my diesel truck coming from riverside.
After having a bad experience at another dealerships service department, I decided to give mark christopher chevrolet a shot. They came in under the time they estimated got me quickly into the Bay. And there were no up charges or pressure to have services performed. That I wasn't ready to pay for. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.
Always get great service from Nobu. Very good at communicating on what’s going on when to bring the car in when the car is ready he’s been fantastic to work with and I will continue to come back because of him.

Javi was a professional and helpful individual. He informed with that was going on with my truck and the status of my truck. He also informed me on how to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced. When I had any questions he would answer and reply in a timely manner. Overall no issues with Javi and very please with his customer service.

Went in with a cashiers check and payed cash for a Tahoe. They were upset cause I didn’t finance with them and wouldn’t let them stick me with unnecessary warranties and coverages. Nice try though When you buy a car do your research and make sure you don’t let them screw you over with unwanted things. Thanks again mark Christopher.

It was an easy process buying my truck, J.C. Was great to work with . The only problem I had was that the truck didn’t have a front license plate and didn’t have the frame to put one on, they said that they would order one for the front plate and put it on

Salesperson did not respond to my text message and dragged out the process, wasting our time. Detailers delivered us a vehicle with streaks on the windows and were dirty and water spots on the vehicle. The contract person was annoying.

I was in need of a car and was able to find a great deal at Mark Christopher’s. Richard was the salesman i worked with he showed me such great customer service and helped me get a great deal and got myself a 2026 chevy equinox.
Got in early on a Saturday for regular maintenance. In and out in 90 minutes
I was greeted promptly by Javier and he was quick to complete the paperwork for the business I was there for so I could be on my way without delay.
Was looking around town for the best deal and of course the excellent customer service from the dealership team. Went in Saturday afternoon and got helped by Thomas Bautista, he did great, very respectful, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Next morning we sent in our expectations via email & we were promised best deal and came out with best deal, no games or gimmicks. Smoothest transaction I've experienced. I appreciate the staff especially Thomas for being great at what he does.

A tire rotation took 5-6 hours, the waiting room had dirty chairs, the worker didn't hold the door for us when it came time to pick up the car, and they sold my information to data brokers after the service.
