I have been very pleased with the service provided by this dealership. I have been there multiple times and they are always top notch. One of the biggest things is that they always give a call back when they say they will, which is unlike many other dealerships that don't, and you can't get a live person.
Devin was great. His communication with me during the whole week was excellent. Devin didn't give me the run around with prices like some other dealerships did. And it seemed like he made me a top priority.

The service people are very knowledgeable regarding your vehicle. They keep you informed rather text, email or calling. This gmc dealership is number one to me, anytime my vehicle has to stay, I am never left hanging. I definitely feel they have my back.
I recently took both of my vehicles to Mark Christopher Auto Center for service and repairs. Mr. Nubu is my service advisor and has been every since I purchased these vehicles, which goes back to 2012. He is kind, respectable and very knowledgeable through out the process. He explain everything very well and make sure that you are comfortable with the action plan that is about to be performed. The work product is excellent and timely.

I had several issues with my car. All three were fixed. It was in a bit longer than I would like, however, it was due to parts needing to be shipped to this service center and I appreciated the consistent communication from Avo.

Went in on a Sunday just browsing cars for the growing family. Jerry greeted us and was very friendly and polite. He was showing us the Yukon. Jerry had to leave for an appointment so Gilbert helped us in the negotiations and over all I’m satisfied with the experience they worked with me to get to where I was happy with the deal and left in my new Yukon. I plan on returning in the near future for a Sierra.
